The Odd Couple创作背景

《The Odd Couple》是奈尔斯·巴克利的第二张正式专辑，由组合成员Danger Mouse制作 。2008年1月，奈尔斯·巴克利在美国洛杉矶完成了《The Odd Couple》的录制工作，整个录音过程由Danger Mouse和Cee-Lo Green两人连同一些现场录音乐手联手完成 。

《The Odd Couple》的英国版在2008年3月23日发行，全球版则在2008年4月1日发行 ，而专辑收录曲曲《Run（I'*** Natural Disaster）》在2月就已经开始了首轮打榜 ，单曲的音乐录影带中，Danger Mouse和Cee-Lo Green呈现了一个虚构的电视舞蹈表演，表演叫《**** Vibin》，主持人神似贾斯汀·汀布莱克。嘉宾们在音乐背景下跳舞，随着音乐的进行，舞蹈变得越来越混乱，越来越疯狂。
